Watertown-Mayer Royal Booster Club donates $55,000 to activities department

Crystal Sundby, WM Royal Booster president, and Paul Szymanski, WM activities director, with the check for $55,000 for the activities department.

The Watertown-Mayer Royal Booster Club was started in the late 90s, but their support of Watertown-Mayer Activities continues to be strong!

Again this spring, the Royal Booster Club donated $55,000 to the activities department to help supplement budgetary needs for both athletic teams and activities.

This most recent donation was made possible from the funds raised and local business sponsorships during their annual Booster Bash event hosted every March.

In addition to their bash funds, the Royal Booster Club donates $5,000 three times a year.

The Watertown-Mayer Royal Booster Club is always looking for new members from the community. More information can be found via the Watertown-Mayer Public Schools website: www.wm.k12.mn.us. Hover over ‘community’ and click on Royal Booster Club.

Watertown-Mayer Public Schools is grateful for such an amazing group of volunteers who continually work hard to ensure student success through activities.
